Located in the prime estate in Yong-he District, New Taipei City, Taiwan. The Mansion of Heritage – a recent residential project that I take personal pride to be part of. I always have a special emotional attachment to residential projects, precisely because the rather spontaneous and romantic nature to the absolute rational design process nature of typical commercial projects would call for my feminine nature to respond; just as well to resonance with the current society’s tendency in shifting the homebuyer decision maker role to the hostess. Thus “The Mansion of Heritages” architecture is defined as “The hereditary treasure in women’s jewel case”, the notion is further emphasised by utilising the interwoven double skin facade as a metaphor of jewelry necklace encircles a sculpture; the lighting dazzles like a diamond embellishment. All elements intertwined and morphed into a form to tell a seductive tale of a luxurious, fashionable, boutique star on the stage with an ever-dramatic presence.
